Define, implement and coordinate the activation plan and marketing budget of the brand with strategic key accounts across Europe, in line with the international brand strategy.

Collaborates with the activation local teams in this implementation and animation of all defined partners.

Your challenges

Missions :

ACTIVATION PLAN AND BUDGET
  • Participates to the long-term key account strategy with the Senior KAM.
  • Advocates for brand positioning and point of difference with strategic accounts.
  • Maintains the brand DNA and image at the heart of all activation.
  • Ensures strong 360 planning, to maximize key account potential across all touch points for leadership including media, social, digital campaigns, site content, CRM, and multi-platforms (app, social, site, retail) with optimized investment strategy.
  • To review, challenge and sign off the Strategic Account Marketing Plans proposed and co-built by the (Senior) KAMs
  • Partners with activation local teams to align on strategy and planning to support core and new consumer activations.
  • Responsible for the activation performance in parallel of the sell through tracking. Identify risks and opportunities to plan within the seasonal plan.
  • Develops and maintains detailed side-by-side seasonal Omni calendar for the strategic key accounts.
  • Responsible for Omni marketing Budget (inc. cooperation budget) planning and tracking

PROMOTION / GRASSROOTS
  • Develops specific programs and tailored assets in fully compliancy with HQ activation team.
  • Will get the support of local Babolat organizations for the execution of local SKA plans touching the retail execution and all physical activation activities.
  • Reporting & analysis: Weekly and monthly sales reporting and communication, identifies opportunities and amplifies successes, manage detailed omni side by side, track rankings, launch tracking and reporting.
  • Builds a key account marketing toolbox and supports local activation manger in their relationship with marketing key accounts touchpoints.
  • Drives specifically the marketing operating model for Amazon with the support of dedicated agencies
  • Represents internally the needs and framework of strategic accounts

Your profile

Knowledge:

Master's degree, in business and/or marketing

Know-how :

  • At least 5 years' experience in trade marketing
  • Digital experience
  • Knowledge of the tennis and padel markets in Europe (tournaments, clubs, juniors...)
  • Ability to negotiate contracts (marketing cooperation, agencies) and deal with commercial conditions
  • Relationship marketing skills
  • Master IT tools to create and monitor budgets (spreadsheets)
  • Ability to perform public interventions, in internal or external environments
  • Languages: Fluent English, Spanish/German is a plus
